Boarding Conditions/ Charges/ Delivery and Collection
  • A current vaccination certificate must be produced on arrival.
  • Any cat considered unfit will not be admitted until seen by a vet.
  • All cats should be free of fleas and other parasites, and have been recently treated.
  • Boarding fees are normally payable on arrival - part days are charged as a full day.
  • Refunds can not be given for early collection.
  • Non returnable deposits may be payable at peak periods.
  • Vets bills incurred during boarding are the owners responsibility
  • Cats boarded are at the owners own risk.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of due arrival incur a payment of 50% of boarding fee.
